My experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Like any construction/build there have been a few issues but these have been resolved and I am happy with my end product-my pool.
My issues were excess sand - this was arranged to be taken away.
Lights weren't connected to my pump controls - resolved two days later (before handover).
Positives - Communication throughout was good. There's lots of moving parts to a pool install and so I welcome the emails and calls. If I called/emailed with a question it was answered swiftly. My site manager advised me to move the positioning of my pump, it made perfect sense and I agreed to the move (I am really pleased I did).
Trades turned up when I expected them to - doesn't always happen! Factory Pools are a well oiled machine.

We had a great experience from sale to installation. Miranda in sales hooked us up with referrals for extra trades and everyone worked seamlessly together. Very responsive - I had loads of questions throughout. When we hit water during dig, Laurence the site supervisor was on hand and we quickly laid out all solutions and ended up slightly raising the level of our pool area with no delay to schedule. It also turned out to look so much better all round. Installation team, led by Carlo was great and handover tech Ray was fantastic - he should star in a handover video. We count ourselves lucky. Good price, great service, terrific pool. Very happy, just waiting for fence to go in.

Factory pools were very accomodating from our first encounter with them. We had been to 5 pool shops within the same day and felt most at ease talking to Ben who helped us and answered all of our questions without feeling as though we were wasting his time. Every part of our process was easy and all stages happened extremely fast with no delays. Any questions we did have were answered and reassured very quickly.

We are very happy with our new swimming pool recently installed by Factory Pools.
From Miranda in sales, to Jeff the installation supervisor, and the excavation and installation crew, everyone did their part very well, they are a great team!
We did have a few issues along the way (through no fault of Factory Pools) such as hitting limestone and a soakwell during the excavation, then supply issues with the pump and heating system due to the rail issues in SA, but we were well informed at each step by Tegan in customer liaison to let us know the longer timeframes etc.
We are now looking forward to many years of using our new pool.....thanks Factory Pools!

We had a pool installed by Factory Pools last November. Initially not knowing anything about owning a pool, they guys at Factory Pools made us feel comfortable that pool ownership was not quite so scary. They took us through all the options and answered in layman’s terms all of our ‘quite strange’ questions. Installation day went well. The dig took about 3 hours and the pool was in the ground by mid-afternoon, amazing work.
We have certainly had much use out of the pool this summer and would certainly recommend Factory Pools to friends. There were no delays and they had the pool up and running and cleaned within days. It’s now a winters evening and I am sat typing this review whilst looking at the pool lit up at night thinking, how lucky we are.

It was a pleasure dealing with Don throughout the sales process. He led us towards the best pool for our tight backyard space. We were also chasing a new Hampton blue colour and they went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the prototype colour prior to installation.
