What Pool Buyers Have To Say About Factory Pools & Spas

See what our South Australian customers have to say about their experience with Factory Pools & Spas, from choosing their pool through to installation and beyond.

We are absolutely over the moon with every inch of our pool installation/ final completion. I would highly recommend factory pools on to others and would use again in the future. Can’t thank the whole team enough.

We used Factory Pools & Spas as our pool installer and we could not have been happier. We had an odd shaped back yard with restricted room and we were able to have a 7x 3.5m pool. All promises and services were delivered to the highest standard, and we would recommend Factory Pools & Spas. All contractors that were used were professional, timely and clean.

Had a great experience installing a pool with Factory Pools. Everything was on time, all people who worked on the installation were professional and the end result is spot on. In particular, Jimmy, our pool installer, did an amazing job and was a great guy to work with.

I was recommended by a friend to use Factory Pools & Spas due to their pricing being very competitive in the current market. Great range of pool designs and sizes, friendly staff with excellent customer service. I had the help and support all the way through from choosing my pool, install and handover. I’m very happy with my pool and would recommend using Factory Pools & Spas for your pool choice.

We currently use our new pool daily and the kids love it, this is the first saltwater pool I have installed and can say that I spend no time at all cleaning or checking chemicals like with my old chlorine pool.

We are very happy with our new pool and impressed at how easy it is to use and maintain. I had worries about having a pool installed but the staff at Factory Pools & Spas made the whole process stress-free and a positive experience. We are looking forward to fun times this summer.
